科教新城隸屬江蘇省太倉市，地處太倉市主城區。行政區域面積12.8平方公里，戶籍人口2.55萬人，常住人口約5.3萬人。下轄南郊、新豐、常豐、學苑、鵲橋、城南、文淵、良輔8個社區。按照“高新區統籌、區街分工協作”的原則，主要負責社會管理和民生服務工作，先后獲評“蘇州市文明單位”“蘇州市全民閱讀先進單位”“蘇州市生活垃圾分類工作成績突出單位”“蘇州市養老服務工作先進集體”等榮譽稱號。

 Science and Education New Town is under the jurisdiction of Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, and is located in the main urban area of Taicang City. It covers an administrative area of 12.8 square kilometers, with a registered population of 25,500 and a resident population of about 53,000. It administers eight communities: Nanjiao, Xinfeng, Changfeng, Xueyuan, Queqiao, Chengnan, Wenyuan, and Liangfu. According to the principle of "overall planning of TIZ and collaboration between the district and sub-districts," it mainly takes charge of social management and livelihood services. It has been awarded the titles of "Civilized Unit of Suzhou City," "Advanced Unit in National Reading Campaign of Suzhou City," "Outstanding Unit in Household Garbage Sorting Work of Suzhou City," and "Advanced Collective in Elderly Care Services of Suzhou City."
